Nothing like the first walk of a vacation down to the beach

This house made it through it’s third hurricane this year with flying colours! A little muddy, a little cut drywall and she is ready to go! This fact alone should make someone want this home:). Bring your worst weather Florida, this house recovered beautifully from Ian, learned some lessons and it is resilient and ready for it’s next family!

End of an era. We have been calling Sanibel our second home since 1994, first with my in laws lovely home and then with our own. My kids have grown up coming to Sanibel, there is no other place like it. We have made the decision to sell for many reasons, none of them easy to make. My heart is breaking a little bit and I already miss my birds. This is a great house, it deserves a fabulous family.
