Our Unit , #37 at Sea Shells of Sanibel Condos is a beautiful 2nd floor corner unit across the street from the best shelling beach on the Gulf of Mexico and will reopen soon. Tennis and Pickleball court , bike rental on-site, private heated pool , shuffleboard, free laundry room , private beach access.

This is us relaxing on the beautiful beach that is steps from our new condo at Sea Shells of Sanibel Condominiums!! We are new owners and would love to share our totally updated condo on Sanibel Island , Florida with you!! Sanibel’s average high year round temperature is 81 F and low is 65 F and on average has 262 sunny days per year. Sanibel is ranked as the #1 best shelling beach in North America. There are miles of biking or walking trails that will take you to any destination on Sanibel or it’s beautiful neighbor Captiva Island. Foodies will be in heaven here also as there are a plethora of great seafood and landfood restaurants to enjoy. Be one of the first to stay at our new condo and we promise that you will be hooked like we are!!
