We are officially opening on 3/1/25!!!! It has been such a long time coming! Thank you all for being so patient! The good news is, that everything will be brand new!! (The current pictures have not been updated yet and are pre Ian.)

Our condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor unit, with walk out lanai, just steps from the beach and pool.

Look at our beautiful new walkways!! Great to see such progress at Pointe Santo! Landscaping will be next!!

Our condo is coming along and should be completed by the end of December! Due to medical reasons, our April has just opened up and we are currently taking reservations.

Thank you to everyone reaching out about the status of our beloved B5 Pointe Santo. We just received wonderful news that there was no water intrusion into any of the ground floor units, from Hurricane Milton! Praise God!

Lots of flooding on the island. Many streets are impassable. The parking lot at Pointe Santo is completely flooded. No power on the island. THE CAUSEWAY SURVIVED! 🥳🥳

So many things to be grateful for! Thank you for your concern. We know this is your home away from home, as much as it is ours. We hope to have you all back to your happy place as soon as we can!

We have had a recent cancellation from a long term guest for the full month of March, 2025. We now have availability, for those of you that have inquired that we had to initially say no to. We can rent the entire month, or weekly. If interested, please message me!

We have drywall! We have drywall!! Oh the little things in life! What a blessing to have actual walls!

We plan on welcoming guests back to our BRAND NEW B5 POINTE SANTO in 2025. We have availability from April 2025 on. Please note that since that timeframe is quite a bit away, we do not know if the pool or clubhouse will be functional. We only know that the completion date for those are in “2025”.

The tennis courts are being redone and we are also adding pickle ball courts!!

So excited to be moving forward and seeing progress!

We would love to have you stay with us in 2025! Please let me know if you have any weeks in mind! We have been back to Sanibel several times, since Ian hit and are amazed each time at how the island is recovering and bouncing back! There are many restaurants open, most of which we couldn’t even get in at dinner time, without a reservation! Sanibel is so strong!

Finally some progress!! Windows and framing! It has been such a long and slow road to this point, but finally seeing something happening in B5, makes us so happy!!
