So sorry it's been a bit since we've posted, but it has been busy here! Our wonderful new sign arrived today, electrical service to buildings underway, drywall going in, doors and windows in, and much more! It won't be long before we can announce our "taking reservations " date! Stay tuned sweet friends!

Look at the size of those turtle tracks! The Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation just found the first sea turtle nest of the season, and it’s from a leatherback. They are the largest turtle and can weigh up to 1,500 pounds! It has been four years since a leatherback nested on Sanibel or Captiva.

Roofs are done! Doors and windows underway, electrical and plumbing underway, new pool pavers completed. Next step finishing interiors for YOUR favorite unit! Will be touching base with our repeat guests when we are all set to start booking! We will not forget YOU!!! Can't wait to say YOUR reservation is CONFIRMED!!!!

Construction Update- Feb. 2024---Roofs are on; doors and windows being replaced. Electrical and plumbing underway!
It won't be long before the owners will be able to work on replacing beautiful interiors! Keep your eyes open for upcoming projected reservations dates (although probably not until late fall 2024). We are working hard to get the reconstruction done so that our wonderful friends and guests can return "home".

This year's contest attracted 91 entries from 14 states and 3 countries. The judges had an extremely difficult time choosing between breathtaking photographs and unique perspectives. Here are the photos that were awarded 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, and honorable mention. 2024 entries will be accepted starting in July.
