Lee County, Florida where Sanibel Island is located has now changed their restrictions for rentals at this time to be prohibited only for residents of the following states: NY, LA, NJ, and Connecticut only. All residents from the remaining states are welcome to be guests at hotels and condos within the county.

We are now able to accept 7 day reservations as long as your state has less than 700/100k Covid-19 cases. You can check this on the CDC website. We are also changing our cleaning of the condo to comply with the new CDC guidelines. Please bring your masks when you visit as at this time, you must wear in public places. We hope to see you in Sanibel!☺️

We are so excited to share photos of our newly renovated guest bathroom. We can't wait for our guests to enjoy!

All new appliances have been installed and the guest bathroom totally renovated! Photos to occur this weekend and will be posted soon! Very exciting!

Very excited as during the shut down for concrete restorations, we are taking advantage of the down time to totally renovate the guest bathroom! So excited to see how great it looks when the project is completed!
In addition, we are replacing all appliances with new stainless steel contemporary models in the kitchen and also a brand new washing machine and dryer .
I will have new photos once all is complete!

We are so grateful that hurricane Irma only destroyed some softscape but in general did no major damage to structures or infrastructure on the island. We were very lucky! The rainy and hurricane season continues and we hope that our good luck continues!

If you just want to relax on the beach this is a great place! If you like to go shelling, this is the island to visit. If you want to bike ride everyday or take walks, there are miles of dedicated paths around the island. If you would rather see wildlife, we have the John Ding Darling preserve you can visit. Oh, also there are plenty of restaurants to suit most palettes! If you would rather cook, the kitchen is fully equipped. Don't forget the beach, the gulf waters, the pool, the hot tub, volley ball on the beach, grills for your use on the beach, and the roof top deck and so much more! Come visit! We have the week of July 29th open and August 12th through Labor Day weekend available! :)

Things are relaxing and beautiful on the island. We have miles of protected bike paths and beautiful sanctuary areas. Right now, I have the last 2 weeks of June and the last 2 weeks of July available to rent. If you are interested, please contact me!
