This is a movement class that is centered around grasping the power of walking. Blending musicality with an everyday action to make it exciting and engaging! It starts with a full body warm up, followed by a floor stretch, into an across the floor section. This class will be heavily focused on the across the floor portion. Heavily exploring directional changes, weight exchange, and musicality. Closing out the class will be a nice cute combination combining the elements covered in class.
