Just curated 111 gift bags for our visitors.

Every first time adult visitor guest receives one. It takes a lot of time to collect antique rosaries and make special salt containers and a free coupon (food until 12/31/24) for the “starter” spiritual protection for luggage. Additionally, I put candy and cookies in for August Guest, to have a little treat before, during or after our walking, Santa Barbara Ghost Tour.

Visitors will have a chance to see George and Carrie Steedman’s Fiesta attire in an exhibition in collaboration with the Santa Barbara Historical Museum ( ). Friday, August 2, for the Historical Parade, Cabrillo Blvd. will be closed between Niños Dr. and Castillo St. Additional ADA parking with accessible paths and restrooms will be available at the east end of the Main Harbor Parking Lot. Payment required. Access via Loma Alta and Shoreline Dr.

Fiesta Pequeña is tomorrow!

As we eagerly anticipate La Fiesta Pequeña at the beautiful Old Mission Santa Barbara, we warmly invite our community to join us for this free event. Enjoy the festivities from either the Mission Garden or the Rose Garden.

Event Details:

· Date: Wednesday, July 31, 8:00 PM
· Street Closures: Streets around the Old Mission will be closed starting at 6:30 PM.
· Set-Up Time: NO EARLY SET-UP is allowed in either the Rose Garden or the Mission Garden before 6:00 AM on the day of the event. Any items left or set up prior to this time will be removed to a designated pick-up location.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Only THREE MORE DAYS TO THE BIG FIESTA PARADE! The BIG Parade starts Friday at noon! These next few days, all the pieces come together and all the hard work pays off! Thank you volunteers!! Rolling the carriages and floats out, adding a surprise element to the parade this year…we ARE ready for the finish line! The float crafters, carriage groups, floral crew, Parade team (Shout out to Tony Miller, 100th year Parade Director, working around the clock) are making the magic happen!
