If you haven't ventured up to NOSA for one of Chef Graham Dodds' OUTSTANDING 5-course lunches, you don't know what you are missing. On the former Rancho de San Juan site about 10 miles before Ojo Caliente hot springs, NOSA is a tiny inn perched facing the majestic Jemez and surrounded by pristine beauty. And his food is just dreamy.
Can't recommend the experience more!!!
