“Honey, let’s buy a house here!” Well, it wasn’t exactly that simple, but falling in love with the area was. The first time we came to 30A was over New Years a year ago. It was rainy, but still beautiful. Rosemary beach took my breath away. We’ve been back a few times since and stayed at an amazing property- . What sealed the deal was a few palomas for brunch and I was sold. We pictured coming back here over and over again with our family and friends. found us a perfect beach house, renovated it, and named it . And of course we partnered with to make sure when we are sharing our home away from home you get to experience the best 30A has to offer.

This week we wrapped up a really important project outside of the house. If you’ve visited 30A you know about the lack of parking. We have a house capacity for 12 guests so accommodating multiple cars was an important priority for us. We removed oyster shells (sorry oyster shell lovers) and put beautiful pavers! Now we can fit up to 6 cars. P.S. a lot of the oyster shells were picked up by local artists so we are excited to see some beautiful crafts and art in some of the shops.

This kitchen is very spacious, fully stocked, super cute and is ready for a fun gathering. We’ve stocked it with all kinds of small appliances, pots and pans, dishes and more for someone (preferable a private chef) to make a delicious meal. Of course this is your vacation, so to eliminate any planning and headache can help you plan your perfect party. How about a thanksgiving dinner? This can be your new holiday tradition.

There are two types of people in the world: the ones that know about 30A and the ones that don’t. And once you finally discover this magical piece of heaven on earth you might be confused. How many towns are out there? What is the difference? Where are they all located? This little map from is so helpful! Each little town has its own character. We are still working out way through 30A, but I can’t say there is one place that we haven’t liked so far. They are all gorgeous. We landed in Seagrove where we would love to welcome you, but don’t stop here! Grab a bike and discover the neighborhoods.

The evolution of one credenza: sometimes I have great ideas in my head, but I just CAN’T find that perfect piece that matches all my pins (and doesn’t cost a million dollars). And I rush and buy something that is super underwhelming. This perfect credenza was worth all the hustle. As they say: third time’s the charm.
