103 By the Sea is an upscale beach vacation home rental, sleeps 10,in the popular community of Grayton Beach, a bike ride away from Seaside and Watercolor.

ng neighborhoods of Seaside and Watercolor, but without the huge crowds and traffic. Our home is large, with an open, spacious floor plan so that you can enjoy a relaxing family vacation at the beach. We have four bedrooms, one downstairs (queen bed), three upstairs (Master has a king, another room has a queen bed, and the large bunk room has two sets of twin bunks), sleeps 10 total. Enjoy family time in the large living room area with new sectional and conversation seating. Also, there's a quiet reading nook upstairs or hang out on one of the large porches (Master Bedroom has its own!). Our gated community has two swimming pools, tennis courts, small work out room and ping pong table. Plus, you can bike ride the miles of trail along 30A. Check out some of our favorite restaurants nearby like Pizza by the Sea, Chanticleer and Blue Mountain Creamery. The famous Red Bar is a short trip away. For rainy day, you'll find a selection of board games, dvds, and Netflix is available. You and your family won't run out of fun things to do and will make great memories at our home!

Our Beach!

The Craft Bar in Grayton Beach has great food and a large selection of craft beers to sample. They offer "flights" of beers too, making it really easy to sample a lot! We tried a flight of the hoppy beers, grilled Mahi sandwich and Wagyu steak salad on our last visit.

Remodel
