There are iPod/iPhone docking stations throughout the condo, and the main stereo can dock your iPod/iPhone, or stream your music wirelessly via Bluetooth. It can also play radio, internet radio, or CDs. Sugar Dunes is well south of scenic Highway 30A, nestled between Eastern Lake to the west and Deer Lake State Park to the east. It is conviently located a nice bike ride to Seaside (3 miles) and Alys and Rosemary Beaches (5 and 6 miles, respectively). Deer Lake State Park offers miles of walking trails and a long, breathtaking walkover spanning majestic, untouched dunes. Eastern Lake is one of 30A's famous coastal dune lakes. Just a short stroll down the beach from the condo, the lake is a natural paradise, offering calm, shallow water for swimming, paddle-boarding, kayaking, or crabbing. Kids can play all day in the ever-changing pool that forms where Eastern Lake meets the Gulf of Mexico. If you’ve never been to the 30A area, you owe it to yourself to come see it. Just about 20 miles from both Panama City Beach and Destin (and a 25 minute drive to the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, airport code ECP), 30A offers all the beauty that built those famous resort towns, but with a quiet, family atmosphere. Building ordinances that limit structures to four stories ensure that the beaches are never too crowded, and the area’s extensive bike paths keep traffic to a minimum.
