The customer had this small back porch and wanted to make it into a dedicated space for their fur babies. Closed in the back porch using PVC finish materials so the could if needed wash down interior and exterior with out the risk of wood damaged. Client requested laying down a layer of epoxy over existing concrete to make it easier for cleaning.

Awesome build this week! Partnered with Jake Estes with Estes Exteriors. We had fun building this cedar pergola. Customer wanted no center post so we spanned 22’ with engineered joist and wrapped them in cedar.

This bathroom project took roughly 6 weeks to complete. A little longer than I like but with with Thanksgiving in the middle it effected the time line. The pictures posted show the process from the start to finished project.

Working for Colton Richardson and Annie Richardson has been a contractors dream. Their small bathroom remodel is wrapping up. Total floor space for this bathroom is 58” x 56” with an attatched shower. Even small spaces can have a huge impact on your home! Total time frame on this project was 6 weeks.
