Happy Friday!! Just a quick post to let you know that as a concierge service, I provide many services. I've been a condo & small business accountant for what seems like eons... If you have a vacation rental property and would like to see more activity but don't have time to manage inquiries etc, this is one of my featured services.

Listing your rental with VRBO or AirBnB is very helpful but there are some things you need to know to protect your property against "fake" reservations and requests. I manage reservations for several properties and respond to all requests that come in, no matter how insignificant they seem.

I charge a setup fee and a nominal flat fee for each reservation whether it's 7 days or 30. I will communicate directly with the rental office (if applicable) and provide whatever information that is needed to facilitate the booking according to the rules and regulations of your property.

If you are interested in boosting your rentals but don't want to spend the time "managing" the inquiries, message me.

Welcome!! To those that have checked out my page that is empty, my apologies... I will be back soon to share what Assist You is all about. Briefly, I am a concierge service in Sarasota, FL and have operated my business under this name for a few years.
