AVENIDA DE MAYO IS NOW AVAILABLE! Step into the foyer of the home through the hand crafted solid wood doors and be greeted by a display of art and an eclectic collection of furnishings and lighting throughout. The living room is bright with the aid of a large skylight and is the perfect spot to relax and be slightly secluded from the rest of the home. In the front of the home you will find two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. One guest bedroom offers a queen size bedroom set while the other is furnished with two twins. The shared bathroom, with access out to the pool deck, offers a large soaking tub. Back through the living room you come to one of two suites, furnished with a queen bedroom set and flat screen TV. The full bath features a stall shower. Back to the main living area, an updated kitchen is equipped with a 4-piece stainless steal appliance set among other small appliances. The kitchen is stocked for light to medium cooking needs. Opening out to the dinging area just over the breakfast bar of the kitchen, there is ample seating available at a beautiful solid wood dining table. The dining area open to the family room as one grand living space, the family room is furnished with sofas, chairs, and large flat screen TV. Three sets of sliding glass doors along with one set of French doors open out to the pool deck. Enter the master suite adjacent to the family room. The rear of the home offers a nice sized swimming pool and outdoor lounge seating around the pool deck. There is a small deck out to the canal that can be utilized for launching your canoe or paddle board. “Joe’s place was a good place to stay. We enjoyed how close it was to the free trolley and lots of the little stores on the island. It was in a very quiet neighborhood which made it very nice. It was a little ways from our favorite beach, but definitely doable. AVENIDA DE CORTEZ Rating: Five Stars The rental was everything I hoped it would be- clean, comfortable, well equipped and close to the center of town so we could walk or drive and be able to find parking. The pool was clean and well maintained. We had a problem with the water temperature and the property management responded immediately. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of towels for bathing and pool. Shaded area around pool for our baby, but sun on deck for those who wanted it. Beach is within walking distance. Neighborhood is quiet. Overall, excellent place to stay! ----Beverly N.
