I wanted to post this when I was completely finished but I’m just too excited about how it came out. Customer didn’t know what to do with their Cement steps, they just knew they thought that they looked old and shabby. After considering all their options and discussing things in depth with them they went with this... Composite decking on the treads and 1/2” PVC board for the risers. This project took some serious planning and thought. I had to think ahead so I didn’t run into any issues later in the project. It’s really coming out better than I thought and the customers couldn’t be happier. 😎

I did this project a couple years ago and really enjoyed it because of the different design. I always like trying new things and new ideas on my projects. I ran the tiles vertically on this one because I think it makes the space look larger that way. This was the first project where I did a vertical accent band and I thought it came out really nice. The customer was ecstatic!!

About 900 sqft of LVP flooring and carpet demo. Looks really sharp. This one was in Largo. Sometimes you have to drive an hour there, and an hour back every day to accommodate an old Hockey teammate’s sister. She bought a new house and the carpets smelled like wet dog.

First few pictures are Shiplap for an accent wall that continues on the ceiling. The remaining pictures are a tile wainscot. 1x4 on top and bottom with stone tiles laid in a “subway style” pattern. 2 flights of stairs. This was a challenging project but it really came together nicely.
