What’s the best piece of professional advice you have been given?
"One of the most valuable pieces of advice I’ve received is to say “yes” to as many new opportunities as possible while maintaining professionalism and strong relationships. Every challenge presents a chance to learn, grow, and expand my skill set. Additionally, I’ve learned that maintaining positive relationships and never burning bridges is crucial in any industry—especially construction, were collaboration and trust drive success."

What’s your favorite thing about Sarasota?
"Sarasota’s location is unbeatable. I love being near the water, enjoying the coastal lifestyle, and taking advantage of everything the area has to offer. It’s a unique place where professional growth and an amazing quality of life go hand in hand. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else."

What’s one (or two) things people would say you do really well?
"People often tell me that communication and time management are two of my strongest skills. In construction, being able to effectively coordinate with teams, clients, and subcontractors is essential to keeping projects on track. Managing schedules, problem-solving in real time, and ensuring clear communication help me contribute to the success of each project I’m involved in."

What would you say you need the most help with?
"At 24, I recognize that gaining more hands-on field experience is key to deepening my understanding of specific construction trades. While I’ve built a strong foundation in project management, I know that spending time on-site and learning directly from experienced tradespeople will continue to enhance my ability to lead projects effectively. Every day is an opportunity to learn something new, and I’m eager to keep growing in this industry."
