MmTours run in our brand new enclosed air-conditioned trolley named Dolly seating 31 or in Vanna White our 9-passenger high top van. Generally tours run at 10 and 1 daily with additional tours on Fridays, weekends and holidays. See calendar for tours and times.

Jon and our driver did a FANTASTIC job touring us through the VERY busy streets of Sarasota on Saturday ( yesterday) ! Jons enthusiasm and knowledge were great and made the 90 minute tour MOST ENJOYABLE 😊. There is free parking at the trolley station, which is conveniently located just outside the “ fray” of busy downtown Sarasota. Jon gave us great tips on what to visit, in depth, after the tour , including great restaurants and we went to the Whimsical Museum after our tour. I cant recommend this tour company highly enough and will be doing several more of their other tours in the future.😀 - Christopher S.

Launching Discover Sarasota Tours!

Hours: Tuesday-Sat from 9-3 (or later if we have tours that evening) Sun and Monday the trolley cottage is closed unless we have a tour, but you can call us at 941-260-9818 or send us an email at [email protected] and we will respond quickly.

“Sarasota is home to educated, curious, and passionate residents and visitors who want to learn more about her multi-layered past,” says Tammy Hauser, the founder and CEO of Discover Sarasota Tours. “Our tours bring the past to life in a fun, engaging, and interactive way,” she added.

The Discover Sarasota Tours will embark from our Downtown Trolley Depot, a 1930’s charming cottage at 1826 4th Street with on-site shaded parking October-May. Daily “City Sightseeing” and “Circus City” tours as well as nighttime “Ghost Tours” and “Scandals of Sarasota” are scheduled. Additional Public Art Tours, Ladies of Sarasota’s Past, and Gospel Sunday Tours will begin in November.
