Middle School engineers put their skills to the test today with their earthquake gingerbread house enhancement activity. They purchased materials, built their structure, and subjected their homes to an “earthquake” to see if their designs could hold up under all of the holiday pressure! 🦁

Today, our 3rd graders turned their classrooms into a Cultural Museum! Each student shared artifacts, stories, and traditions from their family heritage, giving us a glimpse into the many cultures that make up our amazing community.

One of our favorite Lakeview Academy traditions is having the Leadership team serve Thanksgiving lunch to our students. Our amazing cafeteria staff cooked up a delicious meal of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls, and apple pie. 😋

🇺🇸 Today, we gathered as a school community to honor and celebrate our Veterans in a heartfelt Veterans Day program. Students, staff, and special guests came together to pay tribute to those who have served and sacrificed for our country. We had Utah Military Academy perform the flag ceremony, students performed patriotic songs, and took a moment to express our deepest gratitude to the veterans among us. Their bravery and commitment inspire us every day, and we are truly thankful for their service.

To all veterans in our community and beyond – thank you. You are our heroes.
