As a host when your guest texts you and tells you what an Incredible place you have & hands down best extras! Like the best of the best everything! Furnishings, dishes, decorations, accessories, toiletries, kitchen items etc.. it is so nice to hear someone appreciates all that we do!! 🙌 We appreciate our guests and want them to enjoy our home and Sargent!
We REALLY try to make your stay stress free!!!! I HATE packing the house for a weekend & the stress of my hubby complaining too about so much stuff! I’ve stayed at Vrbo’s that give you 1 trash bag- 1 paper towel … it’s stupid! Plz use my trash bags, less I have to clean up! 😂🙌

There’s nothing better than a renter ( local friends we met years ago) texting me saying they absolutely love our place & will definitely be back! And sending me pics to boot 🥰🎣makes me so happy!
