☘️For the first time since 2019, Savannah will be throwing their famous St. Patrick’s Day celebrations!

Our condo is directly on the parade path, so stay with us and get a front row seat from the balcony! The route will go past Leopold’s Ice Cream behind our building and then will come up the side of our beautiful Oglethorpe Square. You can’t miss it!

The 17th isn’t the only day of fun though, so be sure to check out the city of Savannah all month long:

Happy Holidays!🎄

We still have a few dates available in December, and have one weekend left in January! Come enjoy the magic of Christmas and ring in the New Year in beautiful downtown Savannah.

With highs in the 60’s and 70’s and lows only getting down to the 40’s and 50’s - you’ll be able to take in the sights in total comfort. Admire the light displays on quintessential southern homes and shopfronts in the historic district and on Riverstreet. Take a carriage ride through decorated town squares. Taste hot holiday drinks and treats from candy shops and unique vendors. Cozy up with someone special at a warm pub, or cuddle on our condo’s loveseat as you gaze at the Christmas tree. Hot cocoa is on us! Mugs are in the kitchen. ☺️

While other states are starting to feel the chill, we’re still enjoying the upper sixties in Savannah!

🎺The 40th Savannah Jazz Festival will be taking place September 23rd through September 26th!🎷

Due to COVID, the festival will be available through live stream this year with only a small studio audience. Even so, September is a great time to visit Savannah!

Welcome to the Savannah Joy Haus!

Who doesn’t love a good balcony? Plug in the string lights, light the tabletop tiki torch, put on some tunes, pour a drink, and enjoy!

From this historic perch you can admire Oglethorpe Square and along with it, the horse drawn carriages and local tours that go by during the day. At night, you might catch a glimpse of a walking ghost tour traipsing around with flashlights near the square.

We've been working on a special project for quite some time now and it's finally ready.

Welcome to our Savannah, Georgia vacation rental condo - the Savannah Joy Haus!

We bought this cute little spot in historic Savannah, fixed it up a bit, and are now renting it out to guests with our management company called Evolve.

If you book directly on Evolve's website, you'll save money on the booking AND they donate 1% of each booking to the Rebuilding Together charity.

Rebuilding Together is a nonprofit organization that helps people stay in their homes by providing critical repairs and modifications in underserved communities, addressing the connection between health and housing, and preserving the existing affordable housing landscape across the U.S. They also address the long-term recovery of communities struck by natural disasters.
