Blue Orb Ghost Tours has always had a great relationship with PBS and we were fortunate enough to be included again on one of their shows about Savannah. This time its the show View Finders and we gave the crew a tour of the city and helped them show how beautiful Savannah is by night. 13 years ago today Tobias gave Blue Orbs first tour to 5 ppl from Texas. We’ve come a long way since! Sincere thank yous to everyone who has trusted parts of your vacations, bridal parties, anniversaries, and so many more special events to Blue Orb Ghost Tours. Some of you have toured with us yearly for 5 years or more. We’ve had teens and young adults come on our tours in the last few years bc their parents toured with us over a decade ago. Hi folks- Hurricane Irma is approaching and Chatham County (including Savannah) is under mandatory evacuation beginning Saturday at 8am. Blue Orb staff is still available to refund, reschedule or rainchck any tours you may have booked that will be impacted by the hurricane. As we are a small, family owned business and have hundred of bookings on the calendar for this weekend please be patient if phone calls are not answered on the first try or if we take longer than usual to reply by email. We are preparing to honor the mandatory evacuation ourselves along with our families. BUT please know we are well equipped to handle your reservation and we WILL respond to everyone. The best number is our main reservation line at 912-665-4258. We do have staff taking calls at the office and we will do so until we have to evacuate. WANT TO BE IN A FILM?

When Blue Orb says we do our own research we have the proof to back it up. You may notice the man standing behind the camera as John Berendt- the legendary writer of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. The rest of the people are champion storytellers and filmmakers here in Savannah.

Its all part of Blue Orbs film based on our book Savannah Shadows that will be distributed through Netflix, Amazon VOD, iTunes, Cable VOD, Google Play and Hulu. John is featured in this film along with other Savannah icons and featured players here in town.

The film is a gritty look at Savannahs best stories told by her best storytellers. If youd like to be in this film we are now filming the re-creations. You've heard the story of Alice Riley- how would you like to play her in the film? We have many cast needs so all those with acting chops are encouraged to apply.
