Our Story

Located in the heart of the Adirondacks, Chamlar Lakefront Resort & Cottages has been welcoming guests to the beautiful shores of Schroon Lake for over 50 years. Each of our five charming lakefront cottages offers stunning views of Schroon Lake & the surrounding Adirondack Mountains.

Drink your morning coffee while sunlight sparkles on the water or enjoy an evening cocktail as the moon rises over the lake. Stroll into town with the kids. Sun & swim with friends at our private beach or explore the lake in a Chamlar canoe.

Quietly end the day listening to crickets from your screened porch & then join everyone down at a lakefront bonfire, sharing stories & laughing under the stars. It's just another perfect summer day with family & friends at Chamlar.
