We have 3 nights left in May if anyone is interested in a short trip to warm up, low to mid 90’s and NO rain. Dates are the 23rd - 25th.

Also, we opened our calendar up through the balance of 2021 and into early next year. Prices continue to climb for the holidays and the Waste Management Golf Tournament - book early!

On New Years Eve 2020 Ryan and I found this home in our target market of Scottsdale AZ. We wanted a single level home in a quiet neighborhood with a pebble tech pool that would become the centerpiece of a lush, inviting backyard retreat. We found it - but it needed a lot of work!!

We closed in early February 2021 and just went LIVE on VRBO.com last week. In the last 3 months we took 5 trips, one straight thru in a Budget rental truck with no cruise control or automatic windows (difficult, but fun!), to bring our vision to life. It's finally done, and we are so proud to call it our vacation home! And yes, it was sunny EVERY trip we took :)

A couple of our favorite upgrades are the new kitchen island (seats 8), the privacy fences around the pool, the new turf backyard, a new curbless full tile shower in the 2nd bath, new paint inside and out (especially our turquoise blue door), a heater with full automation for the pool, and about 20 new LED can lights throughout the house.

Our fingers are still hurting from building all the furniture, and we're a little drained after many long nights, but it's done! Enjoy the before & after photos OR come stay with us and experience it firsthand.
