My daughter, who is an events planner, knew how good they are as they had assisted others to navigate the wonderful world of Disney. From the moment we made the first call to Carolyn to the last of many calls after that, Carolyn and Joe simplified the complicated and helped us plan the trip we talked about for so long. They responded to our questions on phone calls and answered text messages. Joe helped with the technology we needed to navigate the parks. Review Title: Excellent knowledgeable travel agent

Incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. She provided excellent guidance and advice and knew detailed answers to literally every question I had. Would definitely recommend LeaAnne to assist with your vacation. Have rarely used a travel agent ever, but for a combined trip to both Disney and Universal that required some extra logistics, she made it super easy.

Everything about our Disney vacation was perfectly planned and worked out so very well. The kids' "must dos" were done, Erin & Emily had a great time away and we made treasured memories. I really appreciated the flexibility of being able to come back to the lodge to cool the kids off (physically and emotionally) and to change plans as we needed a couple of times to take out dinner rather than going back to MK. And that Genie+ was a lifesaver! The grands will someday know how much waiting we saved.
