Lately I have had the hardest tennis matches. Today was another 3 hour and 15 minute match. In the 3rd set I ran backwards to get a ball and both of my calf muscles locked up and cramped. Good grief, I keep telling myself I'm not that old, but my body is saying something else. Make note to self....... just hit the crap out of the ball so each point doesn't last forever!!!!!
So headed to the bathtub for some soaking tonight : )
