The kitchen will come stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal including wolf and GE Profile appliances. There are both informal and formal dining tables inside. The great room has plenty of seating for large groups and Dish TV. There is plenty of parking at this corner lot. We can fit 10 large round tables on the sport court. Large parties or events must be authorized and will come with a port-a-potty in the back yard as the septic system is not designed for large parties.

Happy birthday, Perikles! The cutest baby ever with chubby cheeks, black hair, and a deep belly laugh that everyone loved to hear! Everyday was an adventure for Perry, he loved to be a cowboy, a dinosaur, a jedi, knight, and a hobbit. Perry was the easiest child, he never needed discipline. In fact, when he felt he was bad, he would put himself in time out. He always loved soccer, but his first year of playing soccer, he played it as a T-rex. The other players were so intrigued that they wanted to join in on his game, but he wouldn't let them. He was the only T-Rex on the field!

With a great imagination and always had a role, sword, and costume for anyone that wanted to play Jedi's or Lord of the Rings. The kid that disliked school, especially math, but graduated from NAU with a math degree. Our first born who has brought us joy from the moment he was born!
