We all enjoyed our time at Ka’a’awa Beach. This is the beach in our town. We have some awesome beaches on this side of the island 🤙

Many of us had a late flight, so why not keep exploring…headed to the west side. We stopped at the Shrimp Shack for lunch which has the best coconut shrimp on the island 🦐. Should I say we had Ted’s bakery before lunch?

Nora will guide us into morning meditations, sunrise journaling before we head out to tour the island. We will have another hour of workshops with Nora in the evening.
