A table and 4 chairs offer the perfect place for enjoying coffee or cocktails. Upon entering, you will notice the hardwood floors, high ceilings, and comfortable furnishings. A large HDTV with Bluetooth Soundbar over the fireplace provide the focal point of the living room along with the wall of windows offering lovely views. Twin sofas encourage relaxation and conversation. The dining area has a table that seats 6-8 guests. Open to the kitchen, it is easy for the chef to stay involved in the happenings.
