Sunsets vary every single evening & for each season the sun lands differently on the ocean. This night there was a shelf cloud that rose from the ocean that prevented us to see behind it. When the sun went behind it... these magical colors appeared.

It was gorgeous at our condo we call Sweet Spot located just off the 30A in a nestled community right at the beach in Seagrove... on the Panhandle of FL right in between Seaside & Seacrest, & 25 minutes from Panama City Beach & 35 minutes from Destin.

Emerald Coast Line & the 30A Living is Magical!!

Love how the Sweet Spot condo's middle room is turning out with the changes. And I finally got to use my new quartz kitchen counter & sink. Sooo awesome!

We're so excited! After 3 3/4 years of owning our
Sweet Spot condo in Seagrove Beach, we finally
got a lovely new white granite kitchen counter top & faucet installed. Yay!! No more laminate! Woohoo!

Hi Y'all!
We wanted to show you the new furniture for Guest Bedroom #1. You can see in the former photos that the room originally had dark French Provincial poster bed and armoire with a full size mattress.

We have updated the room to the lovely beach chic furniture with a queen size mattress that has a pillow top to be firm yet quite comfy. We love the new look in the room, it's fantastic. And it helped the room become more spacious. We haven't finished decorating - but that will happen in October.

We were grateful to find the furniture store called Factory Direct Furniture that had everything we needed already in stock and delivered within the 2nd week of our working vacation at Sweet Spot. A blessing!

Happy Wednesday Everyone!!

We hope you are enjoying summer so far. June has been a lovely month for vacation areas around the country to open up and take place with social distancing in mind. We are hearing of sweet family stories from Sweet Spot and the local Seagrove Beach, FL area.

Hi Y'all!!
Florida Panhandle was recently reopened for rental season. Woohoo!! We weren't exactly certain when it would open, so we scheduled Memorial Day weekend for our vacation since we are owners. And, management companies and rental agencies were given 1 1/2 days to get things rolling, and rolling they did! It was fun to see families and friends social distancing on the beach and around the shopping/dining areas. We had a LOVELY time at our Sweet Spot during that time. So glad we were able to enjoy the condo and the area as things were awakening again!! (With masks in hand when needed!!). :)

Our condo is waiting on you to book for your near future special get away. We have a 3 night time frame in June that is still open and the month of July is Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals. Take a look at your calendar and PM us with your dates and let's get you booked!! See information below about what's available...

June:
Arrive June 17 - Depart June 20 - three night stay only remaining.
