Sunsets vary every single evening & for each season the sun lands differently on the ocean. This night there was a shelf cloud that rose from the ocean that prevented us to see behind it. When the sun went behind it... these magical colors appeared.

It was gorgeous at our condo we call Sweet Spot located just off the 30A in a nestled community right at the beach in Seagrove... on the Panhandle of FL right in between Seaside & Seacrest, & 25 minutes from Panama City Beach & 35 minutes from Destin.

Emerald Coast Line & the 30A Living is Magical!!

We're so excited! After 3 3/4 years of owning our

got a lovely new white granite kitchen counter top & faucet installed. Yay!! No more laminate! Woohoo!

Hi Y'all!
We wanted to show you the new furniture for Guest Bedroom #1. You can see in the former photos that the room originally had dark French Provincial poster bed and armoire with a full size mattress.

We have updated the room to the lovely beach chic furniture with a queen size mattress that has a pillow top to be firm yet quite comfy. We love the new look in the room, it's fantastic. And it helped the room become more spacious. We haven't finished decorating - but that will happen in October.

We were grateful to find the furniture store called Factory Direct Furniture that had everything we needed already in stock and delivered within the 2nd week of our working vacation at Sweet Spot. A blessing!

Now come on and let's get your Fall and Holiday vacations booked so you can enjoy this room during your stay at Sweet Spot, as well!

We hope you are enjoying summer so far. June has been a lovely month for vacation areas around the country to open up and take place with social distancing in mind. We are hearing of sweet family stories from Sweet Spot and the local Seagrove Beach, FL area.

Hi Y'all!!
Florida Panhandle was recently reopened for rental season. Woohoo!! We weren't exactly certain when it would open, so we scheduled Memorial Day weekend for our vacation since we are owners. And, management companies and rental agencies were given 1 1/2 days to get things rolling, and rolling they did! It was fun to see families and friends social distancing on the beach and around the shopping/dining areas. We had a LOVELY time at our Sweet Spot during that time. So glad we were able to enjoy the condo and the area as things were awakening again!! (With masks in hand when needed!!). :)

Our condo is waiting on you to book for your near future special get away. We have a 3 night time frame in June that is still open and the month of July is Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals. Take a look at your calendar and PM us with your dates and let's get you booked!! See information below about what's available...

June:
Arrive June 17 - Depart June 20 - three night stay only remaining.

July (These are Saturday to Saturday):

Hi everyone, We hope you are safe in your homes during the National Social Distancing. It's an unprecedented time like we as a country have never seen, due to the CoronaVirus.
Remembering to maintain the distancing or self quarantine is vital for our health and the health of those around us.

If you look straight below the crest of the waves in this photo, you'll see a seagull soaring over the roaring ocean. This was the morning of January 2nd, and the flags were high red and the waves were mammoth... yet the seagulls were having a blast coasting around the waves.

Thank you everyone for helping us get to over 100+ followers so far. YAY!! We are grateful. Check your calendars to see when you will like to rent Sweet Spot. There is still a little availability for Spring Break Vacation months of March and April. Summer vacations are starting to come in to be reserved, with random reservations already made through to October 2020. Welcome to Sweet Spot!! This is our new condo in the tranquil community of Seagrove Beach, Florida. It's in the Santa Rosa Beach 'Hwy 30A' Panhandle area - located between Destin and Panama City Beach. We are so excited to have this as our new vacation spot. And, we're now making it available for you to rent and enjoy. Drive in or fly, it's an easy way to venture over to Seagrove Beach and Sweet Spot. Oh, and did we mention, it's ~200 steps from the door to beach via the boardwalk.
