Step aboard Seattle’s Tall Ship and become part of a close-knit crew delivering world-class sailing adventures on the stunning Seattle waterfront. If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and love working outdoors, this is your chance to be part of something truly special.

Our Small Business has amazing retention rates, many of our Crew return each year! We are a Positive, Supportive place to work.

Seasonal Schedule:
*Optional* Pre-Season Yard Work: Mid February – March – April (Get hands-on with ship prep!)
Sailing Season: April 25 – Late October

What You’ll Do:
Learn to be a Tall Ship Sailor! No prior sailing experience required—just a coachable attitude and a love for adventure. You will become an adept sailor with us!
Run engaging sailing tours of Elliott Bay, sharing the magic of maritime history and the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
Welcome guests with exceptional hospitality, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience.

Work alongside a tight, supportive crew to deliver smooth and seamless sailing adventures.

Help at the sales booth, directing guests, answering questions, managing charter inquiries, and handling phone calls.(Usually 1/week, unless Sales is your Jam!)

Prioritize safety at all times, following established protocols and procedures.

What We Offer:
Competitive pay – Average take-home with tips: $35/hour.
Break into the close-knit sailing community and learn the skills needed to begin a career in the maritime industry.
Work-life balance – 4-day work week with 3 days off.
Opportunities to log 40+ hours per week for those seeking more time on the water.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or event hosting—Flight Attendants, Ski Instructors, servers, bartenders, and front-of-house pros encouraged to apply!

A safety-first mindset and the ability to follow protocols.
A positive, team-oriented attitude—our crew works together like clockwork.
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to make guests feel welcome.
A love for the outdoors—bonus points if you have an interest in sailing!
