πβSuzy's BLACK FRIDAY Tips & Recs π
--If you booked a cruise with a major cruise line, now is the time to check to see if they have their excursions and/or drink packages are on sale. Often times, they offer "Black Friday" sales, but they are available to take advantage of early.
--On Thanksgiving morning, check out the prices of flights for your next trip(s). You may see some good deals. I use google(dot)com/flights to look up best pricing and itineraries.
--If you book flights, book direct with the airlines! This way, if you have any issues with your flights or scheduling (before or during your trip), you can get immediate assistance. If you book through a 3rd party, you need to go through that company for any assistance and that can be a real pain if you miss a flight or have a delay while traveling.
--If you have already booked flights, check pricing again on Thanksgiving morning. With most major US carriers, if your flight price has gone down, you can rebook (via 'change') those same flights and the difference will be placed in your mileage account as credit.
