It’s that time of year again where staying active is imperative to our health! Fall can be felt in the mornings crispness. Busy harvesting the last of garden greens & berries of a very hot summer! Savoring warm breezes at sunset & late evening dog walks. Starting to slow down a tiny bit and think of winter creativity projects like basketry but also not wanting to become a “couch potato”! 😏Public Yoga classes starting up again at Sole to Soul Health Center beginning this Wed. at 6:15 pm. Private sessions for yoga, Reiki and Fascia blasting also available by appointment at Heart to Heart Yoga Wilderness Adventures and Nature Hearts. 🤍🤍🤍

I’ll be taking some time off this summer to work on some major exterior house projects & hopefully spending a little time on the water.
