Portugal: A Love Letter from My Travels 🇵🇹✨

There’s something magical about Portugal that keeps calling me back. From the golden sunsets over the Tagus River in Lisbon to the hidden wine cellars of Porto, every visit is an adventure steeped in history, flavor, and charm.

One of my favorite moments? Savoring a warm Pastel de Nata fresh from a bakery, the perfect balance of flaky crust and creamy custard. Or strolling through Sintra’s fairytale palaces, feeling like I’ve stepped into another world. And let’s not forget the soulful sounds of Fado that tell stories of love, longing, and life in the most beautiful way.

One of the greatest privileges of travel is experiencing the beauty of our planet—pristine coastlines, lush vineyards, vibrant cities, and untouched wilderness. But in some places, the effects of environmental neglect are undeniable: once-thriving coral reefs bleached beyond recognition, smog-choked skylines, rivers filled with plastic waste.

As travelers, we witness these contrasts firsthand. We see the impact of sustainable practices in some destinations while others struggle with the consequences of unchecked pollution and deregulation.

I wandered through the marble streets where apostles Paul and John once preached, and marveled at the grandeur of the Library of Celsus, whose facade has stood the test of time. It is often said “To learn of the person is to know the person”…so let me begin my story… I have been in the travel industry for 5 years and have extensive knowledge in planning incredible customized itineraries for clients.

I started my career with a passion for wine, food, history, culture, and travel. After working in the travel industry for a major airline, I decided to enhance that experience by studying enology because I was interested in the wine culture of the Pacific Northwest. To gain more experience, I decided to work in the wine industry as a manager/wine buyer to see where that role would lead me in the future.

Traveling to wineries and experiencing stunning locations and local cuisine, gave me a new perspective, my love of travel, food, and culture. I decided to enter into the life of a travel consultant and created my business so that I can share all of these wonderful places that I experienced with the world!

I have traveled extensively throughout most regions in Italy and having local family and friends, and many personal relationships with wineries, villas, and agriturismo owners, affords me the opportunity to provide you many options to personalize a custom itinerary to any region in Italy, specifically tailored for you!
