A little freezing rain stuck to our well insulated windows last night. Double pane windows, double layer black out shades and a light drape kept the ice from melting from the heat of our home. We are finally warming up today after a bit of a cold snap. We are weather wimps in Seattle. I hope our Midwest friends manage OK through their current conditions.

I was on vacation and yet I worked with a client to help them buy their first home. We were at the Grand Canyon, while Lura was showing houses.

We put the offer together the next morning and we had a signed contract by 9 pm. It is great to have the resources of my fellow agent who was able to assist at the right time.

We closed last Friday. Thanks to Lura for being there to assist!
