Well, the Seattle RROI decided it was our turn for an inspection of the the Loft and now that Darrell Hay is too rich and afraid of crawlspaces to do it anymore I totally lucked out and found a great inspector! AND she's a she (it's such a ridiculously male dominated profession.)

I was nervous but she was super responsive, let me know in advance some of the most common issues, and affordable! (And, btw, she's not afraid of crawlspaces...)

Oh, and the Loft did great.

The Loft is a soaring, 5-level, funky, modern Airbnb loft. It's close to stadiums, downtown, Capitol Hill. Good for quiet groups.
