Pelican Pointe is a beautifully landscaped community on the Indian River in Sebastian, Florida. Conveniently located a few miles from the beach, 10 miles north of Vero Beach and 20 minutes south of Melbourne.

Amenities include a 9-hole golf course, pool, clubhouse, marina, tennis/pickle ball, bocce ball, shuffleboard and fitness center. Join activities such as golf scrambles, tennis tournaments, parties and BBQ’s.

Our unit is on the 2nd (top) floor and has cathedral ceilings and a screened lanai with a view of the lake and 2nd golf hole. Granite counter kitchen; master bed & bath; new washer/dryer, AC, and guest bed ceiling fan.

Enjoy the MANY activities the area has to offer. Take a quick drive over the bridge to Wabasso beach or continue along A1A and spend an afternoon at Sebastian Inlet for the best fishing and surfing in the area. Sebastian Riverfront is a short drive from the condo and offers many options for restaurants, tiki bars and live music. Vero Beach, downtown Vero or Melbourne also offer cute downtown areas with additional restaurants, shops and live music venues. Vero is also know for it's beautiful art museum, art shows and playhouse.
