This backyard look familiar? 3rd time renovating this backyard. I think this is the best revision yet! Had to removal all the old red mulch(previous post) then this time leveled everything out, fresh garden soil, flowers, edging, paver base, weedmat, rock, and pavers later, and this is the end result. Hopefully we keep it this way for a while 😅

Graphene Spray Ceramic Coated this 2022 Toyota Camry. I can’t stress this enough how important it is to protect your cars paint especially being in Florida! This car will now be so easy to maintain which helps out me detailing and helps out the customer on maintenance details! Little bit of a different job today… Disclaimer: I do not recommend only replacing spline when doing screen work but that is what the customer wanted as they are selling their house. Replaced all the spline around this Florida room. Tightened up the screen a lot but definitely not perfect.

Removed the vines from this hibiscus that was overgrown onto the pool cage. Night and day difference. These vines will suffocate the plant they are on as they are invasive in the state of Florida. As well as they will continue to grow onto anything around it. Also removed them from the podocarpus on the other side of the yard and trimmed them.

Cleaned a client of mines Florida room the other day. Having these windows open as well as all this rain we’ve gotten recently there was a small layer of filth/grime that had to be cleaned. Didn’t take any before pictures but this is the end product. You can see how shiny the ceiling came out! Used my rinse less wash so no water was tracked in here since they use it as an extra living room! Came out great and will last them until the end of next summer when it’ll be time to do it again!
