"I recently had the pleasure of working with your company for a tour on 12/28/2024 to Horseshoe Bend/Canyon X.

I just wanted to thank all the professionals at your company that made this possible. I am visually impaired and work with a Seeing Eye Dog for my mobility. I have a touch of remaining vision available but it is slowly dwindling due to a progressive retina disease. When I informed Kathryn of this situation and my desire to see Antelope Canyon, she brainstormed ideas for how to make this trip possible. She was my contact with AZTTG and she went out of her way to make this happen. She is kind, courteous and an incredible asset to your company while we worked through the best way to make this tour happen.

The day of the tour, we had Sheldon as our tour guide, and I cannot say enough positive things about him and the way he handled the accommodations. He made sure to keep us behind him in our car so that we could hear him and he had some other great ideas how we could participate without at all seeming like a burden to his day/tour. Shelton even suggested ways for us to see Monument Valley and we ended the day looking out over the valley at sunset.

I am so happy how this all worked and thrilled that your company went out of your way to make this happen for me and my spouse. I'm sure many other companies would have just turned us away but that was not the case and I really appreciate your company going above and beyond to make this happen.
