A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Vin in Downtown Grapevine, TX, and let me tell you, this place is an absolute gem. Nestled in the heart of the historic district, it is the perfect home base to check out the fun shops on Grapevine’s Main Street or hop on the Grapevine Vintage Railroad. However, I think my favorite part of the hotel is Harvest Hall, a vibrant food hall that is connected to the main lobby of the hotel. It perfectly complements the hotel’s ambiance and is the perfect place to grab a quick coffee in the morning, enjoy a leisurely lunch, or indulge in a late-night snack, all without leaving the hotel.

Washington DC is such a great destination. It’s a city full of history, culture, and great restaurants! From the many national monuments and the incredible and free Smithsonian museums to Arlington National Cemetery and the eye opening United States Holocaust Museum, there is no shortage of things to do. DC is also an incredibly bike friendly town, so if you like to bike it’s a wonderful way to get around!

We took a quick trip to Dallas this weekend and stayed at the Hall Arts hotel in the Arts District. It was a gorgeous hotel that featuring beautiful art installations throughout the hotel. Each room features photography showcasing local artists in every genre, from painting and sculpture to performance art. It’s in a great location. We especially liked the fact that it was just a few minutes walk to Klyde Warren Park and the McKinney Avenue trolley line! ❤️
