The Keowee River Scarecrow Festival is an annual event established to build community, enrich lives, and empower mentoring of the cultural arts by providing distinctive life experiences in an exceptional lake front venue. The eve
nt’s warmth and attention to detail inspire a respect for artistry and methodically encourage adventure through each individuals need to explore. We are dedicated to and in support of positive community outreach through The Foothills Area Family YMCA a 501(c) 3 charity organization. All donations and sponsorships are considered tax deductible.
