We are opening up 7 Oaks for rentals from December 4 through December 31!

 And we have a Christmas tree! And Christmas lights on the outside of the house!

We are here at 7 Oaks for a while, while our home in Asheville is repaired (severe Helene damage). First fire in the wood-burning fireplace last night! And Vidal was able to successfully reinstall the W/D door!

If potential guests are wondering why our calendar is booked from now through 2025, it’s because we are having to live full-time at 7 Oaks, while our home in Asheville is repaired from Helene damage.
When we have a move back to Asheville date, we will unblock our 7 Oaks calendar for reservations! Foscoe Realty.

We are here at 7 Oaks, in Seven Devils
for a while, until our home in Asheville has the damage from the hurricane fixed. Had to take an alternate route over to Hickory, up to Blowing Rock and Boone. The leaves are gorgeous! But those on the higher elevation are gone. Wind from Helene didn’t help things!

Because our primary residence in Asheville sustained major damage because of hurricane Helene, we are going to be having to live permanently at seven oaks, until our Asheville house’s damage can be fixed. Sure hope it won’t be for more than a few months, and then we can open it back up to have people rent it!

We are at Seven Oaks this week doing some work on the house. We repainted the lower level great room, a blue color to match the new sectional sofa. We also are adding photographs of our new rug in the upper level great room. And we got a new TV for the upper level king bedroom.

Availability last part of August and all of September still! Stay at our lakefront log cabin, 7 Oaks, located in Seven Devils, between Boone and Banner Elk. A gorgeous community with several lakes that are available for catch and release fishing. Little Lake is directly in back of our cabin! We accommodate eight people, with three bedrooms, each with its own large full bathroom. Bedding: king, king, queen, two twin beds in loft area. Amenities abound! New seven person hot tub overlooking the lake, whirlpool bath bathtub, pool table, wet bar, two fireplaces, two living areas, propane grill, lots of puzzles and games, granite countertops, and flat parking!

We are at 7 Oaks, doing our spring cleaning this week, and signed up for a charcuterie class at the Seven Devils community center. It was lots of fun! There were 8 of us in the group. learned to make salami flowers!

Availability for App State graduation, May 10–12, due to sudden cancellation. Stay at our lakefront log cabin, 7 Oaks, and Seven Devils, between Boone and Banner elk.
