The park will host the annual synchronous firefly viewing opportunity at Elkmont from Monday, June 3 through Monday, June 10.

The public may apply for the limited viewing opportunity by entering a lottery for a vehicle reservation through www.recreation.gov. The lottery opens for reservation applications on Friday, April 26 at 10 a.m. EDT and closes Monday, April 29 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.

We can't thank Clifton and his crew at Tree Services enough for the fantastic work at our cabin. Their knowledge and professionalism is unmatched! They are extremely skillful arborists that can create a beautiful view, while keeping the health and integrity of the trees. Any large limbs overhanging the roof were safely removed with precision. The clean up was astounding! While on the roof they cleaned our gutters, blew and leaves off the roof, and all the debris was taken away. They even stacked some logs for us for the firepit!
Settle Tree Services will be the ONLY company we will call on for any Tree service needs.
With such friendly professional service and fair pricing, why look anywhere else!!

The warmer weather has brought the subtle blooming of daffodils in Great Smoky Mountains National Park particularly in the Cades Cove area. It's a breathtaking sight to behold as these golden gems usher in the promise of spring!
