First snow, then cold, now they are forecasting heavy rain? We can’t seem to get a break to give our guests a worthwhile stay that ensures their enjoyment. Winters in the South are typically pretty mild that’s why so many folks like to travel to the Smokies during their winter vacations. But the winter storm and cold snap we have been having is far from a mild winter. So before you head to the Smokies for your winter getaway, be sure to check the forecast and pack several layers….you never know what you might need! As for me, I have decided to block our cabin until this cold snap is over but I hope to see our future guests soon. Stay warm and safe!
