(UPDATED JULY 18): We are happy to share that the water main break has been repaired. The park will reopen for regular hours today, July 18.
We sincerely apologize to all guests who were impacted by the water main break. The closure prevented us from creating memories worth repeating for you and your families yesterday, and we want to make it right.

Please call 1-800-Dollywood to request a refund for purchases related to July 17. Additionally, all admission tickets, TimeSaver passes, parking, and locker receipts from yesterday will be honored upon your next visit.

(JULY 17:) Due to a water main break, Dollywood theme park is closed for the day. Dollywood maintenance teams and City of Pigeon Forge crews are on scene to repair the break. More details will be provided once available. Dollywood’s Splash Country and Dollywood resort properties are not affected.

With all this winter weather, could't help but post about our young son's observation.

We ran out right before the snow and it started coming down a bit, and he said, snow is amazing!! And each snowflake is different from the next one. And we can’t even tell, unless it’s under a microscope. Isn’t it amazing that God would spend so much time making each one different? that He cares about that? I mean, He could’ve made it easy and just punched them out…but He didn’t. Isn’t that amazing of God?
