Aaaand we’re LIVE!! Level Two Property Holdings has done it again!! Doors 4 and 5 are ready for YOU!!🏖

Last September we happened upon a gem of a duplex in Myrtle Beach, SC, one block from the ocean with good bones. We saw the incredible potential in this beauty, but for anyone else with all working senses and a sound mind, this was a dump and the ugliest house on the block!😂 It was absolutely filthy, unlivable and NOTHING was salvageable. To us, it was perfection! We couldn’t wait to put our thumb print on it… my brain baby was about to be birthed!

We started demolition in November and the renovations followed soon after. It’s been a long 6 months, but here we are ready to reveal and host YOU in our newest vacation properties! Meet the gals…

☀️“Sol Mate” is our 2 bed, 2 bath beach bungalow. Newly renovated, we went for a clean, modern, minimalist beach vibe. The octopus bathroom might be my favorite part of this beauty!

🌊“Barefoot Bungalow” is our 2 bed, 1 bath beach bungalow. Newly renovated with an open airy feel. You’ll love walking back from the beach to this beauty! Make sure to check out all the attractions listed on the gorgeous
chalkboard wall.

Just one block to the beach, each one sports their own unique vibe. Every space is beautifully “Instagrammable”! These gems are just a 3 min. walk to the beach, restaurants and a 2 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach, Convention Center and TopGolf.
