The Tennessee Division of Forestry has issued a HIGH Fire Danger for East Tennessee today, Monday, April 1st, 2024. Due to this, no burn permits will be issued within Sevier County.

Important Information:
- No burn permits will be issued in Sevier County today. If you live in a city within Sevier County, please contact your local fire department for burn permit information.
- Please refrain from burning debris today. Low humidity and increased winds can cause fires to spread quickly, even under controlled conditions.
