Booking for Spring 2016! The Shady House is fully renovated and fully furnished for 15 + people in 3000 square feet. The flat acre of land is perfect for outside activities. The location is perfect. Private property with distant neighbors and within walking distance to the 421 Country Store and the Raceway Diner. Less than 20 minutes to The Virginia Creeper Trail, Backbone Rock, South Holston Lake and Dam, Bristol Motor Speedway. Within 30 minutes to Watauga Lake and Abingdon, VA where you can enjoy The Barter Theatre, local breweries, shopping and fine dining. Surrounded by the majestic Appalachian Mountains and able to enjoy so many fabulous outdoor activities from the comfort of home. Nobody lives in this house.
