16 pound Snake River Farms Wagyu Gold Brisket we cooked up recently on our Yoder Smokers YS640 Pellet Grill Smoker. 275 degrees for 2 hours then upped it to 300 degrees for an additional 4 1/2 hours using Myron Mixon’s Hickory Rub with a light dusting of Myron Mixon’s Hickory Salt. Two hour rest time and then we went to town on this amazing piece of meat…..

Beautiful looking Oregon Ducks painted YS640s Pellet Grill with multiple upgrades added. One customer wanted this and we brought in another identical grill. I’d bet that even head coach himself or my childhood friend and father of linebacker .boettcher would love to fire this bad ass looking grill up and let the smoke roll….
