The four bedrooms will sleep up to 10 people comfortably (plus 2 more on pull out sofa), however we recommend no more than 8 adults. g-sized bed and huge bathroom, along with a balcony. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twins with one trundle bed. Fourth bedroom has two twins with one trundle. Additionally, the fourth bedroom has an alcove with a pullout double sofa bed and PlayStation for the kids!. Hallway bathroom is for the 3 bedrooms. There is also an outside shower for when you return from the beach. There is a half bath on the first floor.
