Carnival, or "Entrudo" is the time between Epiphany and Lent, but normally refers to the 3 days before Ash Wednesday. These 3 days are filled with festivities and excess with lots of food, followed by a period of fasting, rigour and the religious discipline of Lent, and ending at Easter. We saw some incredible masks this year during the festivities!
